How can you add products for free?
Good question! We're excited to introduce this limited-time program to you and all our users so you can make the most of DB3D. This is also a great way for us to learn what brands and products you'd like to find here in the future.
What products can you add for me?
We don't want to limit the category of products you can request, we'll be happy to add upholstery, case goods, lighting, or other furnishing categories. There are however a few simple rules we want to follow:
- Product has to be available for purchase in-store or via the web.
- Product has to fit within the home furniture and accessories categories
- In the case of configurable products we only create one configuration that you specify
How long does it take to add a product, and what information is required?
We try to complete all requests within 5 days, but hopefully less. A lot depends on the specificity of data you add to the Product Request form and the quality of information on the manufacturer's website.
The product information form is simple, we ask for details like a link to the product page, and options you want us to include (for example, a type of armrest or the quantity of cushions).
Can I request several products?
At this time we allow 1 product request per user, however, if this pilot goes well we hope to extend it so you can request multiple products!
What can I do with the Product I request?
The product you request will be available right next to all products you already see on DB3D. You will be able to complete all the functions you're enjoying on DB3D:
- 3D model download
- COM (upholstery only)
- Image download
